If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs where applicable.

Due to the specialist nature of Research Use Only products, we are generally unable to accept returns once products have been dispatched, except where goods are damaged, defective or supplied in error.

Returned products must remain unopened, unused and in their original condition unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds may be issued where:

• The product is confirmed to be defective.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
